We’ve built an ecosystem that supports founders in numerous ways: capital, mentorship, services and education.

 

This role is a 6 month contract (maternity leave coverage) that will support hiring efforts across Interplay as well as some operational support under our Head of Platform. We are looking for someone with previous recruiting experience who is highly organized and willing to lend a hand to support the team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Full cycle recruiting process including but not limited to: Review Resumes Daily, Conducting Recruiter Calls, Assisting in Scheduling Interviews and Managing Candidate Communications.
  • Manage Recruiting Section of Group Meetings.
  • Send Weekly Recruiting Updates to the team.
  • Manage/lead all aspects of internal and external events, including weekly dinners, and team offsites.
  • Assist in managing the multitude of projects across the Interplay ecosystem, ensuring timely updates and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the podcast release process and support social media accounts.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Have a great attitude and are willing to get their hands dirty.
  • Have relevant work experience, preferably from other tech companies.
  • Are hyper-organized.
  • Have the ability to work well in an unstructured environment.
  • Laugh (often).
